The hotel is in a magnificent location adjacent to the metro station in the central road of beautiful Nişantası, where everything is close, including cafes. the room had satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe, which I really enjoyed. - All of the staff members were top-class and extremely friendly.

i loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the excellent location was very close to istanbul congress center. the service was great in my opinion. all the personnel was incredibly nice and exceptionally kind.
Some people working there were very rude.

I was initially worried about the location of the hotel, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The nearby shops and restaurants made it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us in planning our activities, especially Nejit, who provided exceptional service and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel and the elegant room designs were also impressive. Despite the noisy street, the OsmanBey metro station being close by was a huge advantage. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is amazing. Mr. Najdat and his staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The location is ideal, with easy access to the metro and close proximity to shopping and tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and elegant. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual, making communication easy. Free water bottles, extra towels, and bedding were provided, and the bathrooms are nice.
